Problem Gambling Criminal Justice System and Tobacco Use (5 Hours)

Participants will learn about problem gambling in NYS including statistics on prevalence rates and data on problem gamblers at the time of admission to treatment. Relevant news articles and video clips demonstrate the associated consequences of problem gambling for society. Also included in this training is an opportunity to analyze how problem gambling is currently and can be infused into the Criminal Justice System in the future.
